The hotel offers stunning and spacious rooms, but there was a distinct damp smell in one of them which was promptly resolved with a room change. The service was efficient, though some staff members need to improve their attitude. The location, situated between a river and the Indian Ocean, is truly breathtaking. The dining options were varied but basic. Overall, a mixed experience with some excellent features.
My stay at the hotel was a nice experience overall. The rooms were not spotlessly clean, but they were decent, and the little touches like extra bananas for my child were thoughtful. Nuwan made sure the room was prepared daily. The service was good with friendly and helpful staff, although some were more outstanding than others. The location, nestled between the Bentota River and the Indian Ocean, was lovely for a leisure holiday with water sports and beach activities. The dining options were a mix of delightful experiences and some letdowns. The facilities catered to most needs, though minor improvements could enhance the overall stay.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff, great location close to the beach, but dining options could be more varied. Enjoyable pool area and reasonable pricing.
